The cool-touch metal torch features an anti-flare flame that quickly caramelizes sugar without heating the layer custard below. Adjust the flame’s intensity to add an extra kiss to a tart or meringue. The torch comes with a removable plastic stand to keep it upright and a safety lock to help prevent accidents.
